Luckily we were graced with sunny weather over the weekend and club members were out and about over the country.
Graham spent the weekend at the Eastbourne Cycling Festival. A 30 mile social ride (pub crawl) with the Penny Farthings followed by the Penny race. Beautiful weather and great company with riders from The Netherlands, Sweden, Switzerland and Berkhamsted.
The closed road Tour of Cambridgeshire saw Janice, Rob, Denzil and James qualify for GB in the world amateur cycling championships in Albi, France. Cat and Dan were also at the ToC but were just outside the qualifying time. Chapeau from the club to all 6 riders!
Katrina put in 60+ miles in training for the Prudential Ride London in aid of the Hospice of St Francis. Katrina has raised £500 and her target is £1000.

Dave has been improving his time trialing skills at or local neighbor club Hemel Hempstead weekly 10 mile TT held most Thursday evenings on the Leighton Buzard Road. Click here for more information on this great informal event.
